Item 5.07    Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On May 9, 2019, Global Water Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2019 Annual Meeting”). At the 2019 Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders (i) elected seven directors, each to hold office for a term to expire at the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, with each director to hold office until his or her successor is duly elected or until his or her earlier resignation or removal and (ii) ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019. Each of these proposals is described in more detail in the Company’s proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 29, 2019.
