Amendment to Employment Agreement
On June 1, 2012, Sun Line (Macao Commercial Offshore) Co. Limited (“Sun Line Macao”), one of the operating subsidiaries of Plastec Technologies, Ltd. (“Company”), entered into an amendment to its employment agreement with Chin Hien Tan (“Executive”) to cover his services as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer on like terms as those covered under an employment agreement (as amended on December 16, 2010) between the Executive and Sun Line Industrial Limited, another wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, which is superseded thereby and terminated by mutual consent on June 1, 2012.
