Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

AppFolio, Inc. (the "Company") announced that, beginning July 31, 2023, it will charge an eCheck (ACH) transaction fee, which it had previously waived for residents and homeowners (the "ACH Transaction Fee"). The ACH Transaction Fee is intended to cover the expenses associated with making payments functionality available within AppFolio's products and services and to enable further payments innovation going forward. While the ACH Transaction Fee represents a new monetized solution for the Company, the related economic impact has not yet been included in its financial outlook for 2023, and no new guidance is being made or provided with respect to AppFolio's outlook for fiscal year 2023 at this time.
