AMENDED AND RESTATED SCHEDULE A TO THE SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN GLOBAL X FUNDS AND GLOBAL X MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 2019
