On March 21, 2016, the Board of Directors of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on April 15, 2016 to stockholders of record as of April 11, 2016. BIRMINGHAM, AL (PR Newswire) – March 21, 2016 – ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ: SFBS) (“ServisFirst”), the holding company for ServisFirst Bank, today announced that, at a meeting held on March 21, 2016, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on April 15, 2016 to stockholders of record as of April 11, 2016.
