Effective November 30, 2017, Lalit Lal resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of RealBiz Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lal’s resignation was not the result from any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, the Company’s management or the Board.
