Other Events

On May 1, 2011, Yasheng Liu passed away. Mr. Yasheng Liu was the Senior Vice President, Logistics and Administration for Wowjoint Holdings Ltd. (“Wowjoint”) as well as a Principal Shareholder. As of April 29, 2011, Yasheng Liu had beneficial ownership of 466,224 ordinary shares, which constituted 5.9% of Wowjoint’s issued and outstanding ordinary shares, as a result of being a 10.72% holder of Realink Group Limited’s ordinary shares for  which he had voting power and dispositive power.
