Other Events

On May 10, 2010 the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year-end from August 31 to December 31 and anticipated filing a Transition Report on Form 20-F with the SEC with respect to the relevant transition period in June 2010.
