Item 8.01. Other Events.

ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) reported today that Marvin O. Davis has left the Company and the position of Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, effective immediately. This action is part of the Company’s ongoing efforts to enhance its capabilities and align its corporate functions with those required to support its strategic needs as two stand-alone companies in anticipation of the American Home Shield business spin-off. Going forward, the Company’s marketing efforts will be integrated within each of its business units.
