(b) On December 19, 2019, Ashley Dreier voluntarily resigned as the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer of HealthEquity, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 1, 2020, in order to spend more time with family. Ms. Dreier will continue to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer until the effective date of her resignation while the Company searches for a new individual or individuals to take over her role.
