                                    NARRATIVE

State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K,
10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR or the transition report or portion thereof, could not
be filed within the prescribed time period.

As previously disclosed, the registrant has recently entered into a new business
relationship and sub-contract agreement with APRO Media Corp.

The registrant's interim period ended September 30, 2007 is the first period to
include results of transactions from this new business. The registrant is
experiencing delays in the collection and compilation of certain information
from this new relationship, which is required to be included in the Form 10-QSB.
As a result, the registrant's interim report on Form 10-QSB cannot be filed
within the prescribed time period without undue hardship and expense.

The registrant's Interim Report on Form 10-QSB will be filed as soon as
practicable, and in no event later than the fifth (5th) calendar day following
the prescribed due date.
