The registrant's Interim Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal period ended
September 30, 2006 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the
registrant is experiencing delays in the collection and compilation of certain
information required to be included in the Form 10-Q including, but not limited
to certain final audited financial information from AONet International, Srl., a
former foreign subsidiary. The registrant's Interim Report on Form 10-Q will be
filed as soon as practicable.
