Inventories expected to remain on-hand beyond one year are included in non-current other assets and were $260 million (including $92 million of capitalized costs which are subject to regulatory approval prior to being sold) at December 31, 2011and $297 million at December 31,2010. The status of the regulatory approval process and the probability of future sales were considered in assessing the recoverability of these costs.
