Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Lorillard, Inc. (“Lorillard” or the “Company”) will be holding a webcast of its Investor Day at the Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City today, June 27, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. New York Time. The webcast will include a presentation by Murray S. Kessler, the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, and other members of the Company’s management team and will be broadcast live over the Internet under the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.lorillard.com. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”). Reconciliations of any non-GAAP measures included in the presentation to the most directly comparable GAAP measures are set forth in the appendix to Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
