SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	17. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 1, 2023 the Company issued 101,663 shares of Common Stock to Ricardo Komotar (RJK Consulting), a consultant, in accordance with the terms of a consulting agreement (see Note 14). The Company has evaluated the existence of events and transactions subsequent to the balance sheet date through the date the consolidated financial statements were issued and has determined that, other than that disclosed above, there were no significant subsequent events or transactions that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
