Departure of Principal Financial Officer

On June 30, 2008, Thomas M. Walker notified the Board that he would be resigning as Senior Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately. The Company is actively engaged in securing Mr. Walker’s replacement.
