Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In April 2022, the Company entered into a new agreement to sublease approximately 30,216 square feet of office space located in New York, New York. The Company will use the space to support its general and administrative functions, sales and marketing, technology and development, engineering and customer support. Pursuant to the sublease agreement, the term of the Sublease Agreement will commence on the date of the landlord’s execution of a consent to the Sublease Agreement and will terminate on January 31, 2025. The annual lease payments during the first year are approximately $1.6 million, escalating 2.5% annually thereafter. Rent expense will be recorded on a straight-line basis over the sublease term.
