Tongxin International Ltd. Sets Date for 2010 Annual Shareholders
Meeting

CHANGSHA, China, November 9, 2010 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Tongxin International Ltd. (OTCBB: TXIC - News), a China-based
manufacturer of engineered vehicle body structures ("EVBS") and
stamped parts for the commercial automotive industry, today
announced that its 2010 Annual Shareholders Meeting ("2010 Annual
Meeting") will be held at 4:00 PM PST on Thursday, December 16,
2010.  Investors have the option of attending the meeting in Los
Angeles, or joining a teleconference call.

Event:     Tongxin International 2010 Shareholders Meeting
Date:      Thursday, December 16, 2010 @ 6PM PST
Location:  Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows,
           101 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90401
           Meeting room: Catalina Bungalow

At the 2010 Annual Meeting, Shareholders will vote on a new Board
of Directors to be constituted by seven (7) directors (any notice
period applicable to director nominations has been waived by the
Company) and such other business as may properly come before the
meeting of shareholders.

Additionally the Company will provide a presentation as to the
overall financial condition of the Company and its plans to
achieve Sarbannes-Oxley-404 compliance.
