 On October 12, 2015, FS Investment Corporation announced that it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, November 9, 2015 to discuss its third quarter 2015 results. FS Investment Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2015

Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

PHILADELPHIA, PA, October 12, 2015 – FS Investment Corporation (NYSE: FSIC) (“FSIC”) announced today plans to release its third quarter 2015 results on Monday, November 9, 2015, before the market opens.

FSIC will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, November 9, 2015, to discuss its third quarter 2015 results. All interested parties are welcome to participate. You can access the conference call by dialing (866) 638-3013 and using the conference ID 40946868 approximately 10 minutes prior to the call.
