Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 18, 2010, the Company completed the corporate actions of amending its name to Structural Enhancement Technologies Corp.  and effectuated a reverse split of its common of One Hundred old shares to one new share of common stock.

On June 21, 2010, the Company issued a press release relating to the Reorganization.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
