Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 9, 2018, Peter Grebow, Ph.D. and Richard Buller, Ph.D., MD, both informed the board of directors of Inspyr Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) that they are resigning effective immediately as members of the Company’s board of directors. Dr. Grebow’s and Dr. Buller’s resignation from the board of directors of the Company did not result from any disagreement with the Company on matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

 

On February 12, 2018, Ronald Shazer, MD, resigned as chief medical officer of the Company, effective immediately.
