(the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to retire from the Boards of Directors of the Company, its wholly owned subsidiary, Malvern Federal Savings Bank,  and its mutual holding company parent, Malvern Federal Mutual Holding Company, effective as of November 10, 2010.  Mr. Shanaughy’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
