Holders of the units of North Asia Investment Corporation issued in its initial public offering in July 2008 can now separately trade the ordinary shares and warrants included in such units. The ordinary shares and warrants will be listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbols NHR and NHR.WS, respectively. Units not separated will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol NHR.U.
