BASIS OF ACCOUNTING AND PRESENTATION	2. BASIS OF ACCOUNTING AND PRESENTATION In accordance with U.S. GAAP for interim financial statements, these unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements do not include certain information and note disclosures that are normally included in annual financial statements prepared in conformity with U.S. GAAP. Accordingly, these unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with our audited consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2022, which were included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022. In the opinion of management, the accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements contain all adjustments (which are of a normal, recurring nature) necessary to present fairly in all material respects the Company’s financial position as of March 31, 2023, and the results of its operations and cash flows for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022 in conformity with U.S. GAAP on a going concern basis. These interim results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2023 may not be indicative of results that will be realized for the full year ending December 31, 2023.
