On October 6, 2009, the Board of Directors of Gen2Media Corporation elected Mr. Micheal Morgan, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, to serve as a Director on the Board.

Also on October 6, 2009, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Thomas Moreland, Chief Financial Officer to act as its Treasurer.
