On January 31, 2012, the Board of Directors of Kaiser Federal Financial Group, Inc., the holding company for Kaiser Federal Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2012 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2012.

Covina, California – February 1, 2012 – Kaiser Federal Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: KFFG) announced today that on January 31, 2012 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its common stock.  The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2012 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2012.
