On August 30, 2011, the Board of Directors of Kaiser Federal Financial Group, Inc., the holding company for Kaiser Federal Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 26, 2011 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2011.

Covina, California – August 31, 2011 – Kaiser Federal Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: KFFG) announced today that on August 30, 2011 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on its common stock.  The dividend will be paid on September 26, 2011 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2011.
