On September 6, 2013, the FDA granted the request of Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE MKT: AMPE) for a Type B Pre-BLA (Biologics License Application) meeting on October 29, 2013 in Rockville, MD with respect to Ampion for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
