The Company previously announced in a press release issued on May 29, 2012, that its senior management team will make a presentation at the KBW Annual Mortgage Finance Conference at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 5 at The Crowne Plaza Times Square in New York, New York. A copy of the Company’s presentation materials will be available on the Company’s web site, www.ellingtonfinancial.com, under “For Our Shareholders—Presentations” starting at approximately 6:00 a.m. on June 5, 2012.
