ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS

Disposition of Corporate Technology Centre - 300 Holger

As of September 30, 2021, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. (the “Company”) owned two office properties and an office building that is part of an office campus (“Corporate Technology Centre”). On November 23, 2021, the Company completed the sale of an office building in Corporate Technology Centre containing 99,870 rentable square feet (“300 Holger”) to a purchaser unaffiliated with the Company or KBS Capital Advisors LLC (the “Advisor”) for $35.0 million, before third-party closing costs of approximately $0.8 million and excluding disposition fees payable to the Advisor.
