 Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 22, 2009, China Armco Metals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that it completed a contract to supply iron ore valued at approximately $15.98 million in the Third Quarter of 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
