Internet Search Portfolio

In 2011, I/P Engine filed a patent infringement lawsuit against five companies, including Google and AOL, in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. In 2012, a jury unanimously returned a verdict in favor of I/P Engine, finding that the defendants infringed all of the asserted claims of the Asserted Patents, and had not proven that any of the asserted claims of the patents were invalid by anticipation.
