On October 16, 2019, we issued a press release to report the completion of our interaction with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration related to the chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) package that will be needed to support our new drug application for Neutrolin. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
