ITEM 8.01 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On April 1, 2021, Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. (the “Issuer”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), completed the previously announced redemption of all of the Issuer’s outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”) at a redemption price equal to 100.979% of their principal amount. In accordance with the indenture governing the Notes, each holder of any Note as of the close of business on March 15, 2021 also received, on April 1, 2021, the full amount of unpaid interest that had accrued on such Note to, but excluding, April 1, 2021. Interest ceased to accrue on the Notes upon completion of such redemption.
