On December 27, 2022, JD Smith notified iCoreConnect, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors and all committees thereof, effective immediately. The resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
