SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Common Stock Dividend A dividend of $0.155 per share of common stock of KKR & Co. Inc. has been declared and was announced on August 2, 2022. This dividend will be paid on August 30, 2022 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2022. Holders of exchangeable securities will receive their pro rata share of the distribution from KKR Group Partnership. Preferred Stock Dividends A dividend of $0.75 per share of Series C Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock has been declared and was announced on August 2, 2022 and set aside for payment. This dividend will be paid on September 15, 2022 to holders of record of Series C Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock as of the close of business on September 1, 2022.
