SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Common Unit Distribution A distribution of $0.16 per KKR & Co. L.P. common unit was announced on July 26, 2016, and will be paid on August 19, 2016 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 5, 2016. KKR Holdings will receive its pro rata share of the distribution from the KKR Group Partnerships. Preferred Unit Distribution A distribution of $0.421875 per Series A Preferred Unit has been declared and set aside for payment on September 15, 2016 to holders of record of Series A Preferred Units as of the close of business on September 1, 2016. A distribution of $0.383681 per Series B Preferred Unit has been declared and set aside for payment on September 15, 2016 to holders of record of Series B Preferred Units as of the close of business on September 1, 2016. The first distribution on the Series B Preferred Units is calculated based on the date of the original issuance.
