Subsequent Event	16. Subsequent Event On October 30, 2024, the Company acquired all outstanding shares of Cacheflow Inc. (“Cacheflow”), a B2B subscription billing management and configure, price, quote (“CPQ”) solution, for cash consideration of approximately $65.0 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments and conditions. The acquisition will expand its commerce capabilities for subscription billing and quote-to-cash automation to help customers close deals faster. Due to the limited amount of time since the date of acquisition, the Company is in the process of finalizing the accounting for this transaction and expects to complete the preliminary purchase price allocation in the fourth quarter of 2024. This acquisition is expected to have an insignificant impact on the Company’s 2024 revenue.
