On November 18, 2010, First Advantage Bancorp (the “Company”) announced a fourth stock repurchase program to acquire up to 231,624 shares, or 5.0%, of its outstanding common stock.  For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated November 18, 2010, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
