On January 28, 2020, Christine Kline notified Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intent to resign her position as Director of Financial Reporting and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective February 12, 2020, to assume a senior financial position with another company in an unrelated industry. Ms. Kline will continue to serve as the Company’s Director of Financial Reporting and Principal Accounting Officer through the effective date of her resignation.
