SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Preferred Unit Distributions On July 25, 2019, the Company announced a distribution of $0.414063 per Series A preferred unit, which will be paid on September 16, 2019 to Series A preferred unitholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2019. On July 25, 2019, the Company announced a distribution of $0.409375 per Series B preferred unit, which will be paid on September 16, 2019 to Series B preferred unitholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2019.
