SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 7, 2012, the Company declared a distribution of $0.79 per Class A unit. This distribution, which is related to the second quarter of 2012, will be paid on August 21, 2012 to Class A holders of record as of the close of business on August 17, 2012.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
