On October 25, 2023, Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. will hold a meeting with Institutional Shareholder Services (“ISS”) in connection with the previously announced proposed merger (the “Transaction”) involving Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. and certain subsidiaries of Rithm Capital Corp. (“Rithm”). A copy of the presentation materials to be provided to ISS during the meeting is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
