Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 23, 2019, Visa Inc. (the "Company") issued an earnings release announcing financial results for the Company's fiscal third quarter ended June 30, 2019.

A copy of the earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. All information in the earnings release is furnished but not filed.

On July 23, 2019, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its fiscal third quarter ended June 30, 2019.
