Item 8.01 Other Events.

Puma Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (“CHMP”) will be conducting an oral hearing to discuss the re-examination of the neratinib Marketing Authorization Application (“MAA”) on June 26, 2018. The Company has been invited to present its grounds for the re-examination of the MAA at this meeting.
