Other Events.

On December 11, 2017, Puma Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the European Patent Office has upheld the claims in the Company’s licensed European patent (EP 2416774). The granted claims in European patent (EP 2416774) cover, inter alia, the use of neratinib in extended adjuvant treatment of early stage HER2 overexpressed/amplified breast cancer following adjuvant trastuzumab-based therapy.
