Item 8.01 Other Events

On June 11, 2010, Financial Northwest, Inc. (the “Company”) provided shareholders and customers of its financial institution subsidiary, First Savings Bank Northwest (“Bank”), with a mid-year report regarding how the Company and the Bank are coping with the current economic environment. A copy of the mid-year report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
