On July 7, 2014, Wendell Brooks, Executive Vice President and President - Production & Infrastructure of Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he is retiring effective December 31, 2014. The business segment managed by Mr. Brooks will report directly to Prady Iyyanki, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
