Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2019, Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
On August 1, 2019, the Company announced that it would hold a conference call and live audio webcast at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on August 8, 2019, to discuss its financial and operational results and to provide a general business update.
