Other Events.

On January 21, 2016, The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary entered into a lease agreement with Seaport B/C Retail Owner LLC to open an STK Rebel restaurant in the Seaport Square Development in Boston, Massachusetts. The restaurant is expected to open in late 2017.
